I built my career inside organizations rolling up my sleeves, leading teams, and being accountable for real outcomes across technology, finance, accounting, and people operations.
Over the years, I’ve helped organizations navigate complex transformations, turnarounds, and periods of rapid change. That experience shaped how I see businesses today.
